A Group Built on People

The Asset Group is a collection of Australian organisations united by a shared commitment to quality, integrity and community. Founded by Mark Costello, the group brings together expertise in education, training, technology, community development and responsible recreational shooting.

At the heart of the Asset Group is a belief that people are any organisation's greatest asset, and that investing in them creates lasting value for individuals, industries and the community.

Asset Group Holdings provides strategic consulting, advisory services and project leadership to organisations working through complex challenges in security, education and community services.

Our Founder

Mark Costello

Mark Costello is the founder of the Asset Group and Managing Director of Asset College. A recognised leader in Australia's vocational education and training sector, Mark has built his career on the belief that skilled, knowledgeable people are the foundation of every successful organisation and community.

Mark entered the VET sector in 2004 and founded Asset Training Australia in 2006, and has led the group's growth since. His credentials reflect the breadth of his experience: a Master of Business Administration, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with ASIS International, and Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (F.ISRM).

His leadership is rooted in integrity, continuous improvement and a genuine commitment to the people the Asset Group serves, and it shapes every organisation within the group.
